All my blocks so far
I have now taken photos of all my blocks and I'm dumping them here hollus bollus. I will slowly go through them, name them and talk about my sewing technique for each one at a later date.
I have been married to the same wonderful man since I was 19, we have 3 daughters, Sharyn - 3 children, Anne-Maree, Matthew and Jasmine. Robyn - 2 children, Skyelah and Jai, Kathryn - 2 children, Dylan and Taneesha.
We were dairy farmers all our working lives though I also worked outside the farm as a bookkeeper.
My mother taught me to sew and I have always loved it.
I started into patchwork in 1986 with a single bed quilt for Sharyn all made out of 4" squares in different pink fabrics. That quilt now is the dust cover for my industrial sewer. Since then I have made many quilts and have found that I love doing needleturn applique best but have since found I enjoy doing hand embroidery and I love hexagons with a passion.
